The template is picture on each pages, which is on background.
when you select the picture the draging bar are showns in the corners and middle of the page
drag the bottom to some level up in the page afterthat you want to insert the page and then put cursur in that blank space now you will able to insert the page. and if you want same layout as previous page. copy that picture and paste in the new page.
