Icon Bar Missing on Acer Aspire

Hello,
My icon bar is missing, and i dont know why. could someone please help me? every time my computer goes to sleep, it will dissapear. the only thing that is still there is the start icon.please help!!

try not to set on sleep. and is this the first time that it happen ?
try to check on the control panel, mouse and then you will see their.

Thanks , but i got frustrated with it so i held the power button until it turned off thn turned it back on and it is back :) but i figured it is because i dont turn it off as much as i should i just let it sleep. so i turn it off every night :)
