Nokia 6303i classic bluetooth is not working

Hello,
My Nokia 6303i classic phones bluetooth is not working. whenever i am trying to 'on' bluetooth,it 'off' automatically. I did 'restore factory setting' but have same problem. please help me soon.............

Hi,

I suggest you to take to a repair center and have it be flashed .Before sending it to repair center make a backup of all your contacts as well as other important data as all will be deleted during the flashing .
