PC Froze and now wont display or boot

Hello,

my pc just froze when i was just surfing on internet so i decided to hit the reset button but now it wont boot up , my hard disk starts n fans r running , i tried switching ram slot n removing the round baterry thing nothing worked . i read on a post tht remove power supply n hold the power button for a minute , when i did that my led for the power down now also does not turn on ...

before this happened my pc fan was running faster than usual that u cud hear it running , like when it runs when performing heavy work ... it wud run fast constantly before this happened

help please i cant seem to sort it out
