Click Start button of windows 7
In search box type cmd
then press Shift + Enter button of you kboard (this will run the cmd as admin)
when the command prompt is shown
type H: and press enter
type attrib -r -h -s "Santa" and press enter
and see if it is work or not hehehe

try this:
run command prompt (CMD) as administrator
and goto H: and type the ff. command
attrib -h -s -r "folder name"
