Try this 1

When the black screen appears hold the Ctrl & Shift keys and press the "Esc"

key. "Task Manager" will be opened.

Click on "File" --> New Task --> Type explorer.exe and press Enter.

Good Luck.

Hello, If your screen is black but your cursor is working then explorer isn't loading properly.
-Hit Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up task manager (or Ctrl+Shift+Esc)
-Once the task manager comes up, go to the top left of the window and click on file----> New Task(Run)
-In the box type in "explorer.exe"
-Then hit Enter

This should fix that issue since i have run into that problem quite a bit. Still trying to find a permanent solution know how windows is.
Hope this helps
