Hello,

I just bought a new pro line computer, when i install any windows it hives me a BSOD. that reads"disable or unstall any anti virus or utlilty from the pc or mybe configure hard drice
pleas help,

do you get any error message?

what is the stop code? (Eg 0x000007e (0x0000005g 0x000000...))

i would run a chkdsk C: /f /r on the hard disk and try again.
