Hi,

Errmmm....a little while ago my laptop kept freezing, turning to a blue screen and then turning off - but the final time it did so, when I went to turn it on again it gets to a screen that implies it's loading but everytime it fails to do so, resorting back to the blue screen. I've tries using the Windows Installation Discs but all they seem to do it waste time and go no where. I really need to fix the laptop, with or without memory, y'know? I was just wondering if anyone had any answers... THANK YOU :)

Hello,

Try this 1

1) When you switch ON your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get

"Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and

keep tapping the F8 key)

2) Select the option "Last Known Good Configuration".

If the problem still exists then click on the below hyperlink "BSOD" and let us

know the error message you are getting as shown in the below image

BSOD

Good Luck
