Hello,

I have my computer for about 4 years now, just last week it when I tried to turn it on, it went to power save mode ("Entering Power saving mode").

Current status:
Screen is black, power button is orange-ish color. When I press the adjust button, it shows "In power Save mode, press computer power button or any keys on keyboard or moves mouse."
The fan is working.
LED on power is green, no blinking.
All USB ports are not working. I try to plug my mouse usually the infrared light is on, but it is only blink once when I plug it in.
No beeping sound.

I took out the motherboard button battery, but still showing the same issues.

Please help me.
Thank you very much.

Is this a desktop computer?

"power saving mode" on a desktop monitor indicates that you don't have a video signal. This probably means that the computer did NOT start correctly. This is probably caused by a hardware error. The first place to look is the power supply. It's robably best to take the computer to a repair shop.

Good Luck
