Try this 1
First check your connections and if the problem still exist then
1) First completely uninstall the software.
2) Click on the below hyperlink "Canon CanoScan N67OU" and follow the
Canon CanoScan N67OU
Click on "Drivers & Software" --> Select your operating system and the version
from the drop-down menu.
3) Download the latest drivers & the software and install it.
