i need a help sir..please help me...
sir,am using samsung gt-s5233s and i have a problem in my pc suite , i use win7 64 bit os,in that its not detecting my phone , it displays a message that service initiali failed
so kindly help me,sir.. i need ur help

Hello,

If you are unable to have it connected with the PC Suite, uninstall it.

Try this.Go to Settings and then Phone Settings. Get at the bottom where it says PC Connection.

There is normally four choices, click on Mass Storage and save it.

Then have the phone connected to your computer now and access to it.

Hope this solves the issue.
