Delete the read only files in the phone

Hello,
how can i explore and delete the read only files in the phone memory those are not necessary and silly ring tones
i can't perform the phone in a maximum speed because of that!!! :(

Hello,

Simply format it completely but do make sure that you make a back up before. Nevertheless, when putting the memory card in the phone, there are some files and folders that will be created and these are necessary.
