I suggest you download the free driver download program:
Slimdrivers (just Google the name for a download location)
Slimdrivers probably will find the missing audio chip driver.

you have to know specify your system specification, like i'm using hp 520 laptop with windows xp, then their are lot of software downloading sites, to most of the systems common drivers will be present. http://go4download.com/drivers/audio-drivers/ these link will help you in finding your required model audio drivers. hope you get the solution.
