Desktop icon changed

Hello, I want to solution for the following problem

My all desktop icons are converted into one like ms word,internet explorer,adobe which we keep default and all are .lnk file converted. I have already applied above two solution system restore&delete .lnk key which is not solve my problem so please give me suitable solution.
