Toshiba laptop needs rebooting sans disk without erasing !

Hello,
My daughter just accidentally tossed our toshiba laptop on the ground now it gets only as far as asking us to reboot it using a disc that we don't have, I' d like to reboot it without loosing the data!

Hello,

If you wish to keep your data, you should see a qualified hands-on technician. Lets face it the laptop suffered a blow and there may be physical damage.

Toshiba made it so that only restoring to factory settings is possible.

I wish I could do better for you in your beautiful Spice Island.
