Hello,

My toshiba satellite laptop has gotten a virus when you try to login but it shows a black screen with a big cursor on it, and wont load.
I have done the factory default settings stuff (by pressing the 0 key and all) and I left it. After it said there was an Error and I need a boot disk but I do not have one. How can I get a boot disk or what did I do wrong?

Hi

Usually the restore method prescribed in Kioskea's How-to section works for all.

I suggest you contact Toshiba:

Good luck

P.S. Next time you have a virus, come to Kioskea, no virus will resist our network.
