Intel Core i5 Processors are better than Intel Core i3 Processors and 3rd Generation processors supersedes earlier processors. I can help you with a comparison sheet if you can mention in your post as to which processors to choose from (such as i5-2500S, i5-2390T, i3-3217U, etc.). A good idea will be to visit marketplace and check for available processors.

i5-2500S vs i3-3217U what should be the best motherboard series for fast system where i can play fast and graphical game like nfs hot pursuit and gears of war type games????

For a game like Gears of War you will need a 2.4 GHz (or above) Intel processor or 2.0 GHz (or above) AMD Processor. However, if you want to run NFS Hot Pursuit it requires a minimum of Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8 GHZ or AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4GHZ. So, Intel® Core(TM) i3-3217U Processor (3M Cache, 1.80 GHz) will also be fine for running NFS Hot Pursuit.
Of the two processors that you have provided here, Intel® Core(TM) i5-2500S Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.70 GHz) is the one that best suits your gaming requirements. But, this process is End of Life (commercially not available) according to Intel's website.
Motherboard with Intel H61 Express chipset supports Intel® Core(TM) i5-2500S Processor.

so sir you should tell me that what type of motherboard and processor series is better for better gaming experience and official work too so that i can enjoy both study as for java platform and gaming as an smooth experience.......so please help

Java runs fine with both of these processors. Both the games (viz. Gears of War and NFS Hot Pursuit) will work fine with both of these processors.

sir as i have told you that i have a graphic card that is ATI radion 5450 series so will this graphic card adjust on that motherboard which have LGA1155 socket so that i can purchase a new i5 system.....

A good idea will be to visit a computer shop and check the available form factor of the motherboard. Once you reply with the motherboard form factor it will easier for me to find a cabinet for you.
