Hello,

Could someone please help me

Normally my delete key has a full stop above it which requires me to use a shift key to get the full stop to work. However, at present when I press the delete key, I get a full stop and I have to use the shift key to get delete.

I do not know how to fix this and would appreciate any advice on this issue.

Thanking you in advance for any advice received.

System Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 18.0

Hi mayH,

I assume the problem is with the "Del" key on the Numeric Keypad of the keyboard. Normally for you to get a full stop printed on screen using this key, "Num Lock" should be on. Kindly check if the Num Lock is on. If the "Num Lock" is off, this key will act as a "Delete" key only.

Do reply with result.
