Just use your Mother Board CD to install your Audio Driver(for Desktop) or download the Drivers from the Manufacturer's page.

I guess it is a laptop, most of laptop have a service tag number ro serial number, with that code you can go to the manufacturer'r page, and look for the driver, it shows you only the drivers for your laptop.
I also recommend https://www.3dpchip.com/3dpchip/3dp/chip_down_en.php for downloading the audio driver.
