Internet Explorer Cannot display this web page

Hello,


Im using internet explorer 9 in window 7(32 bit).im not able to view the page www.kannuruniversity.ac.in/,when ever i try getting in its displays the message "internet explorer cannot display the web page".
secondly,in the Ip address 117.211.84.98/exam/exam.htm,when i click the press release its shows do you want to open or save pressview.php(811 bytes) from 117.211.84.98?
even if i save the page im not able to view it.i have tried saving it in notepad by renaming it as pressview.html,after running that i get an error page.
kindly do help me out.

Please just delete all of your temporary internet files and cookies.

Well maybe you need to reset something and don't give up that's what I usually do and it always works for me
