Hello,

I have a problem with my lenevo laptop, in which upon start up, it's starting well but instead of displaying the normal desktop, now it's displaying a blank white screen.

Please help me out on how to solve that.

Hi Rhydell,

The problem you have mentioned indicates either of the two failures:

1. The screen is blank after the initial startup screen,
2. The desktop background is white but icons are displayed.

A little clarification would help here. Please mention in your reply if you are facing the former condition or the later.
