Hello,

Hello everyone, I was wondering if I can get help in trying to figure out what wrong with my computer, I had it for a week so far and all of a sudden it decides to not boot up anymore (this morning). When I turn it on the cpu fans/fans/lcd fans/cd-dvd works fine ;however, my monitor doesn't get a visual and my keyboard & mouse remains off. Whenever I tried turning off the back switch (o/-) the mouse laser would flicker. Currently I tried reseating the ram but to no avail nothing works.

I'm using a Asrock N68-VS3 FX, AMD FX 6100, Allied 300w psu, 8gb ram (2x 4gb), and a AMD Radeon HD 6670. Hopefully this help anyone that could help me, I would really appreciate it.

My operating system is Windows 7, and the computer model I guess it would be IBuyPowerPc (this one to be more precise)

As for booting the computer it refuses to make it to the bios screen,so the tv screen remains blank, I cannot hear any beeps coming from the computer(so maybe somethings wrong). Also I am using a hdmi cable as an connector.

Your computer make and model ?

Have you tried to boot in safe mode ?

Hi,

It's a mean looking machine ! Looks like it was made especially for Target, I would guess in China.

How long have you had it ?

You have not answer my question. Can you boot in safe mode ?

With the things that you say are working: hard disk, fan, some lights, at first glance, it looks like a graphic card issue.

No beeps would mean that there is no internal HD or memory problems, this despite the fact that many manufacturers have changed their beep codes or no beeps at all.

Hi,

Only seven days ! In my estimation you have purchased a lemon which often happens when purchasing store brands.

You cannot boot in safe mode, hence, through this medium, I cannot save your computer.

I strongly suggest that you put in back in the box it was in, grab your cash receipt and return it to Target for an exchange. It's still under warranty.

If you can, why not encourage your own economy and exchange it for HP ?

I'm sorry for the casing's appearance are attractive, but...a beautiful sexy girl can contaminate dangerous deseases.

Good luck at Target tomorrow.
