My Inspiron laptop won't turn on properly!!

Hello,

ok so, i was on Youtube last night and my laptop started to restart itself. so i let it restart (mad cuz i was watching the Angry Video Game Nerd) and when it stopped, the screen went black. now, every time i turn it on, the screen comes on, says "Dell" and then stays on grey screen. Nothing is happening. i hit the space bar and then a loading bar (or so it seems) appears. in the right hand corner is says "F12 Boot Options". i press F12 but nothing happens! so idk. i let it die today, same thing when i charged it. took the battery out, put it back in, nothing. so, if anybody has this problem or know what's up, let me know! thank you!
