I would like to help you here. Please reply with a little more details about the problem. I would like to know if the Hard Drive is an External USB Drive or the internal drive. Also, please explain as to what is meant by "close automatically". Is there any specific error message you receive when trying to open the drive? Are you trying to open the Drive from inside Windows?

no error msgs but its closing automatically as soon as we open it
