Hi vyment,

"Intel PROSet/Wireless Software" is compatible with many Wireless Adapters. Please visit the following page and download the required drivers/software for the wireless card in your machine:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support.html

If you have difficulty finding the Drivers you can reply with the Exact System Model Number of your computer and I will try to find the drivers for you.

Do reply with results.

Hi vyment,

There are two Dell Inspiron Laptops with the number '5010' viz. Inspiron 15 Intel (N5010) and Inspiron 15 (M5010). You must be having one of these models. These models come with different Intel Wireless cards. Please follow the below mentioned steps to find the Drivers for the Intel Wireless Card in your laptop:

1. Right click the Computer icon on the Desktop.
2. Select "Manage".
3. Select "Device Manager" under "Computer Management" from the left pane.
4. Then expand "Network adapters" from right pane.
5. Make a note of the Wireless Card listed here.

If your laptop is Inspiron M5010 or M501R, you can download the drivers from the below mentioned link:

http://dell.to/11XDBDc

If your laptop is Inspiron N5010 the drivers can be found here:

http://dell.to/10nwx1f

You will find the drivers for the Wireless Card under "Network".

Please revert for clarification.

Thanks & Regards
