How to remove Outlook Express

Would like to remove Outlook Express but it seems to be impossible.

You can remove Outlook Express in following ways:
-Through viewing Hidden Files and Folders
-Changing the name of folders of Windows Explorer
-Registry key deletion in for Outlook Express
-Change Outlook Express file extensions
