Wireles capibility it's turn off

Hello, hello people please help if you can :)
It doesn't work my wirelles. Driver is installed ok. It's writte that is working, but when I tried to conect to wirelles it's writte : Wireles capibility it's turn off.. Does anybody know how to fix, where I need to turn on or something like that, beacuse in my Windows mobility center I can't turn on wirelles, I don't have option to turn on, it's writte that is turn off and I cant't do nothing.

Laptop is Inspirion dell N5110, service tag 3K97PP1
I installed windows 7, 32-bit

I fix. If anybody has the same problem, the answer is that you need in the same time press Fn+F2 :)
