Hi,

So my wireless adapter is either dead or there is some other issue, It just randomly dropped connection and says that an ethernet cable is unplugged, and I've never had one plugged in. I'm running Windows 7 if that helps. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi lupyne85,

The error "A Network Cable Is Unplugged" may appear in Windows if the network is not working properly. This error appears even if you are using a WiFi wireless network. When the installed Ethernet adapter is seeking to make a network connection, this error may pop up. Please check the below mentioned link for steps on troubleshooting this problem:

Try these steps and check if the problem fixes.

So basically it is telling me that I have to get a brand new router even though I just got this one literally 2 months ago
