I would like to know a little more about the problem. From your post it is not clear as to what is happening with the machine. I would like to have a little clarification regarding the expression "My computer turns on when it gets plugged in or I flip the power on and won't turn off by holding the power button and I use a tv with a pc mode for a monitor and it says no signal when the computer is on".
