AVG8.0 AND ADVANCE CLEANER

Hello,
Have been using Advance Cleaner for approx 18 months on a general purpose multi user machine with AVG7.5 all ok.Up graded to AVG 8.0 and ckeaner returns error message.When sending error report this in turns bounces back as a mail failure.Am total Computer Novice,can turn on and login!!

Any ideas please.
