Excellent at macro level but plenty of issues at micro level. It is not free - only a short trial period is free. New versions come frequently, ;largely correcting the programming errors of the previous release.

a great image editing program for beginners and professionals. It is cross-platform and free!

I downloaded what appeared to be shown as a free version of Photopad only to find it was not. What a dirty trick. I am now having difficulty uninstalling it.

It is great, but when you color things they still have a bit of the gray tint.

I had this app on my last laptop, with my new laptop I had to get photopad image editor downloaded because it works! It is one of the best software I have had.

Not free...throws a pay now beg and locks you out after a trial period

It says that its free to use and download, but you only get to download 3 frames for your pics then you have to buy it. Bummer...its an easy program to use to!
