DISKETTE DRIVE 0 SEEK FAILURE MESSAGE

Hello, I have a Dell Precision WorkStation 370 series, BIOS version A01. When I turn unit on, I get a black screen
showing error message "Diskette drive 0 seek failure". Troubleshooting lights are ABC-all green & D-yellow. Also
makes two short beeps on startup. What could be problem ?
