Bios application error 501

Greetings to ALL
Please I need your help as soon as possible i am at the age of 16 and this is how my problem occurred.
One day I switched on my laptop and i received a error message BIOS APPLICATION ERROR 501 then I clicked F1 to continue while ignoring a very crucial message, (this would be my career in the future so I know by the grace of GOD your technical support can help me.)When I shutdown my laptop and I switched it ON again I realised my laptop could not switch ON all it did was show those led lights and it didn't show anymore I don't know what the problem is and one more thing the screen did not go ON...I am not sure if your company has experienced this issue but the message should get through. PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP.
