Remove the write product

sir, I am working for windows 8,
I have pen drive. but that is put the write product.
so, I remove the write product in the pendrive,

I saw above instruction, but don't have storage........ in my laptop.
but have in storage management and storage, but don't have storage.....,
pls, help me,,,,

Let us know your pen drive manufacture's name, model number and the capacity.
