Hello,


i have hp povilion sleekbok 15 pc but there is nothing such like these option in bios....and problem is continue ."hard disk not detected " at the time of windows xp installation..please help me

Hello,

Try this 1

Look for the Native-SATA option in CMOS settings and disable it.

If the problem still exists then let me know the model number.

Example : HP Pavilion 15-B001TU Sleekbook

Click on the below link and download the file

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4993-cpu-z/

Extract it --> Double-click on CPUZ --> Click on "Mainboard" tab. Let us know the

Manufacturer , Model with rev number, Chipset & Southbridge.Click on the "CPU"

tab and let me know the "Package".

Note : Before installing Windows XP, make sure that you have all the necessary

drivers which supports the Windows XP OS.
