It was all about getting rid of this and that in some folder but what people here don't seem to understand, is that dinosaurs need much clearer instructions. HOWEVER, I contacted NORTON and they found a problem with my entire system and took out THE NORTON and PUT IT ALL BACK IN and VOILA! It's all set,
