Installing Joomla 3.0 into my local machine through XAMPP

Hi Guys,
Kindly find the error logs thrown while i was trying to install joomla 3.0 into my local machine using XAMPP webserver.

4:07:52 AM [Apache] You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
4:07:52 AM [Apache] or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port
4:07:52 AM [mysql] Problem detected!

Hey Good afternoon.


It clearly says you do not have the rights to install. Log in as Admin and try again!

Does it have IIS enabled?
