In Windows 8 pro my 4 gb RAM showin 2.88 gb usable

In my computer, I have 4 gb RAM and I installed Windows 8 pro 64 bit OS. But it showing me that only 2.88 gb usable. Please solve this problem.

More than likley it is sharing with on board video.
