Computer screen intermitently turns on and off right after boot

Hello,

When I turn on my notebook, the BIOS loads properly but right after, the screen begins to turn on and off intermitently (always black, just turns on and off indefinetely).

I installed a new Hard Drive because the other one started to have trouble loading Windows, and so I thought it was broken.

What's wrong?

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome :)

Notebook Model: samsung np700z5a-s01

New HDD: Toshiba MQ01ABD100 1TB, 5400rpm

It could be memory problems or problem(s) with the motherboard. I suggest you take it to a local repair shop.
