My laptot keyboard can't type { 1 , 3 , - , q , t , u , p , j } how to fix it ? Please help me .

Did you test the laptop using a USB keyboard?

Normally the keyboards a easy to change. Ebay is a good source for replacement keyboards.

Hello,
I do not test the laptop using a USB keyboard.Only use original keyboard. That problem are Software or Hardware error. But sometimes can type that characters and sometimes can't.

I have problem with the same Keys. My computer is Acer too.

No. Just using with screen keyboard.

This is obviously an Acer fault. I have found about 8 different threads posted on various different websites with the exact same keys not working. I think that's too much of a coincidence if you ask me. From what I've seen, Acer will not even help you out and give decent customer service. They are a terrible company and I will never ever purchase another one of their products again.
