Urgent!!

Someone in my son's class has taken a photo and created a fake Facebook account and masquerading as him, My son does not have any knowledge of the account. I have sent so many reports to have it deleted, I haven't received any replies yet. My son & I do not know the email address of the account, so who can I contact to have the account deleted?

My Son saw the girl who took the photo, but she is denying how it got onto Facebook. And the person who has created the account had invited 32 friends, more than half of the friends on it My son doesn't know.

I am at a loss, I am trying hard to have this account deleted.

Please help? I do not want my son's photo and name on any account on Facebook. He is getting teased about his and so is his sister.
