Managing 2nd Gen Touch without itunes

Hi everyone around here up for some help, I'm a new member having the never gets old "tired of iTunes bull**** " issue, I would like to transfer music to my iPod from my laptop or manage the stuff in there as well you know, every now and then without wiping out what I already put in or having to use apple freaking softwares all the time.

Also I download and installed the iDevices ISO drivers from another software program in an attempt to make the computer recognize the hardware and make it viewable, making sure to show all hidden files, unfortunately, with no avail so far.

Configuration : Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit / Jailbreaked 2nd generation MB model Ipod Touch on Whited00r firmware v.6.0 / Opera Browser v.15.0

Hey there thanks, I guess it's not about a brand choice anymore, would you say if it also possible to manage only pics and videos as well without iTunes?

Yes it is possible to view pics and videos on your apple device without itunes

First of all if you have a problem with iPhones/iPods/iPads iTunes then you should not buy it buy a android instead second of all you can only use iTunes to transfer and view files in apple devices but you can view images/videos without iTunes thats all.
