Thanks for your inquiry. I'm not quite sure if I'm that familar about the occurrences you're experiencing with your Windows 7 and computer. Since it seen you may have tried everything in order to control this, then maybe you're certainly tried refreshing the starting pages as well but to no avail. It is possible that I could take a further study of things and then be of further help. I know that this must be frustrating to you.
