Hello,
Try this 1
When the Windows 8 appears, hover mouse to the bottom right corner.
When "Settings" appears, click on "Change PC settings".
"PC settings" will be opened. Now select "Wireless" at the left side.
Make sure that the "Airplane Mode" is OFF and the "Wi-Fi" is ON.
Click on the below hyperlink "Wi-Fi".
