I know there is an attachment to a yahoo email, but there is nothing in the email to allow me to download or open it. Its from a trusted friend and has been sent to me twice now. I have cleared CACHE but I still cannot see it to open it.

Any suggestions gratefully received

Try this 1

Temporary disable your antivirus and check if you are able to see and download

the attachment file.
