Micro SD memory card get a phone nor a pc to read it

i have a 16gb micro card for my cell, it was erased awhile back for no reason and now i cant get a phone nor a pc to read it what do i do? toss it or do i get a program or a pc doc to fix it?

Toss it. The don't cost that much.

Okay I wish it wouldn't have deleted itself I lost a lot of pictures and music I could not get back..
