Acer External USB HardDrive not detecting....

Hello,

My Acer AH052S 500Gb is not at all detecting in Win7, Win8 also in Win8.1...
I can see it in devices and printer option in the control panel...
But can't see it in my computer...
It is also showing at safely remove hardware but I am not able to access it at all.
Please help me out of this. In Device Management, I'm getting an error message "Initialize Disk before Logical disk manager can access it". There are two options 1. MBR and 2. GPT.
After I select MBR it shows the Error "Data Error(Cyclic Redundancy Check)"

Please Help Me..

Hello,

Run chkdsk /f on the drive and see if you can fix the problem.
