What did you do before you lost your audio? did you download or installed something? If yes, what is it?

Hi ajrousek: Audio Driver files do not support computer hardware. This is the message I get when I try to install the soundmax driver that you kindly told me how to find. Any ideas about what I can do? the download works, but that is where it stops. Thank you, Uncle Will

Hello,

Download your audio driver and (UAA) High Definition Audio class driver (Q888111) also : https://support.lenovo.com/fr/en/pagenotfound?item=http%3A%2F%2Fsupport.lenovo.com%2Ffr%2Fen%2Fdocs%2Fmigr-66440
Install them reboot your computer and see if audio works.

Hi: I thought that your good idea would maybe work, but it didn't. Thanks anyway. Someone told me that it might be a problem in my sound card inside the computer? All the video and audio players say that there is something wrong with my sound device. I tried different speakers and that didn't change anything. I took my wife's and the same. Thanks again. Hello: thanks to all that gave me assistance. I found out to my suprise that my computer made by Levono in the ThinkeCenter model can only accept application into the hard drive by going to the Levono web site and getting the driver that way. I took my computer to a shop and they did it for me as a public service. The technician told me that I never would have been able to install the driver on my own. Maybe this may help someone in the future, so they don't have to try to do the impossible! Uncle Will
