My keyboard is not working. I just purchased it along with a new mouse. The mouse lights up however the keyboard lights will not come on. The screen says its in power save mode to move my mouse or any button on the keyboard to exit power save mode and nothing is working!!! Please help!!!

The message on the monitor indicates that it is not receiving a signla from the computer. It looks more like you have a deal computer and not a problem with a keyboard.
