Hello, my pc didnt react on power button so i changed PSU now when i start pc everything lights up and fans spining but pc wont start and i cant shut down it.... can you help me with that

Are you getting any display? any beeps?

first of all can you try booting your PC up with just the CPU and memory installed to see if you can see the BIOS screen.

Not any beeps nothing shows on display. Yes I tried but still same problem i tried change cmos too...
